P&P Requirements:

Delivery can vary between 3-5 working days, unless you chosen First class or Next day delivery options.

Pre - orders can take up to 14 working days

Order & Collect Service 

Empressminas offers an Order & Collect service.

This is mainly for local customers living within the East London area, who would rather get their product as soon as possible rather than wait for it in the post. Once this option is selected at checkout, we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable day and time to meet up & collect their orders.

Our Click and Collect Hours:

Mon - Fri: 10 - 1pm & 4pm - 7pm

Sat - Sun: 3 - 5pm

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that your desired delivery address is in full and where you are able to have access too. Empressminas will not be held responsible for any mistakes on your behalf resulting in your order being delivered to the wrong address. If for any reason your order is returned to us, we will notify you and it will be YOUR responsibility to pay for the re-delivery costs.

All deliveries are securely wrapped and sent with care.
